"From the design stage all the way through to completion Alloy stayed on track and built us a house with greater ease than we thought possible. It was delivered on budget, aside from scope changes that we requested along the way (and the cost implications of these changes were always clear). We marvel at the attention to detail and appreciate the skill and patience each member of the Alloy team brought to the project. In the end, we are very pleased with our whole experience and are very happy with our house. Thank you Alloy!"

Whether it's a new home or a renovation, we understand that the decision to build comes with a significant financial commitment. What sets us apart from other builders is that we're a truly integrated design-build firm. This means that we understand exactly how each design decision will ultimately affect the construction budget and we can advise you accordingly from the moment we start working together.
We protect your investment with a comprehensive financial planning process that starts at our very first meeting:
When we first meet, we'll talk about your hopes and dreams for the project but we'll also start with an open and honest conversation about budget. Together we'll establish a realistic target that will underpin every design decision as we move forward.
Before we ask you to approve the final design concept, we'll provide you with a detailed preliminary construction budget. We use this to confirm we're on track before we commit to an external design approval process such as a municipal Development Permit application.
We use the final design drawings, details and specifications to produce a detailed pre-construction budget that accounts for every last element that goes into your home.
During the construction process you'll have online, real-time access to the budget, including what's been spent, cost to complete, and any variances you've approved. Each month you'll receive a detailed statement with backup explaining how we've spent every dime.
We also offer the security of a guaranteed, fixed-price construction quote.
